Red blood cell disorders is a hematological disorder that affect the body’s RBC cells that carry oxygen from lungs to the rest of body. As RBC disorder patient have various different shape of RBC cell, we find an affective way of RBC shape quantification and classification will lead to better insights and eventua better prediction of the disease. So we developed an automated algorithm to find the classification of RBC and cell segmentation which may help us to measure patients disease type
