In today’s world where non-renewable resources are depleting at a considerable rate due to increase in population, ultimately enhancing power consumption rate. Our Project is harvesting energy based on the piezoelectric phenomenon to develop a relationship between the parameters length, width, or thickness of the piezoelectric sensor. Also the materials used in the manufacturing of the transducer to increase the energy obtained from the stress conversion from mechanical to electrical. Through extensive research we obtained some important findings of the use of Piezoelectric Materials Name: PZT-4, PZT-5A, PZT-5J, PZT-7A as the piezoelectric thin film and compare them regarding density, band gap energy and stress, strain features. Using these properties we have established a mathematical relationship to develop a sensor and carrying it out successfully through simulations to reassure our hypothesis.
