Green tea has become one of the most popular beverages in recent times. Although renowned already for its various properties, the exact effects that green tea has on the human body in terms of specific parameters is yet to be established. It is this uncertainty, paired with curiosity, that worked as motivation to conduct research in this field. Through our research, we propose to investigate the effects that green tea, as an external trigger, has on the human body through a signal processing approach. It is our belief that the proposed approach can not only help us to reach a suitable conclusion, but can also aid in future research work.
