Our project has looked to address the problems faced by millions around the world who are speech-impaired or dumb. These unfortunate people have a hard time communicating with the general population as most of the normal people do not know the interpretations of sign languages. Thus, we have decided to create a data glove that will convert hand gesture to voice by using necessary sensors, Bluetooth and an Android phone. This system will automatically detect gestures in real time and then transmit it to a Android phone that contains the SIGNOICE application, which will then convert those data to corresponding voice. This glove is cheap and very easy-to-use and will help millions of people solve their problems in communicating with the general population.
