This report introduces a low-cost design and implementation of a Wireless Power Hotspot, a single-orientation wireless charger which can charge more than one device at a time. The Wireless Power Hotspot charger acts as an access point for wireless power. When a device is in the vicinity of the charger, it starts to charge automatically. The Wireless Power Hotspot has been prototyped and evaluated using mobile phones. The results showed that it can charge devices up to height of 15 centimeters.
