In today’s competitive world of innovation, every engineer needs a platform where they can present their ideas and creativity. That’s why the NSU ACM STUDENT CHAPTER is back again with their grand event INNOVATION CHALLENGE SEASON 8. A splendid opportunity to showcase your talents before leading industrialists and to win rewards.

The Innovation Challenge is organized every semester for the graduating students of the ECE department who have completed the 8-month project through CSE/EEE/ETE499A and 499B. Here, they will showcase their project outcomes to the faculty experts and industry professionals. Through the assistance of these experienced people, these capstone projects could be turned into marketable products or services. Therefore, the platform holds great potential for students interested in founding their own start-ups. The winning teams will receive prize money and even assistance from visiting companies!

** The registration is a must for all capstone participants. The form is the same for both capstone and innovation challenge participants, except for some special instructions for innovation challenge participants.

The Innovation Challenge will take place in three phases:

Online Judging – All Participants of ICS8 must fill out the form given below. The projects will be judged based on the quality, feasibility, and creativity of the idea and the synopsis. Remember to follow the given template for the synopsis. The top 25 teams will be selected from here.
In-Person Judging – The respected faculty members and visitors of the industry will judge the demonstration and presentation of the project in person on the day of the Innovation Challenge.
Top Ten Selection – The top ten will be selected from the second phase, and from the top ten, the winners will be selected!
