PCB is an imperative in any electrical design to minimize the number of components, minimize cost and increase performance. The bread boarding techniques do not quite work if the numbers of connections increase substantially. Also the increasing miniaturization of integrated circuits, higher packing density and smaller layout-dimensions make it almost impossible to prototype on breadboard. Hence, PCB provides a rapid and effective alternative to wire wrap & point to point construction.

Robotics & Automation Society (RAS), IEEE NSU Student Branch Chapter brings you the opportunity to learn about designing and making of PCB. It includes a detailed study structure, delivered & demonstrated live by our experts.

The workshop is divided into two phases:

1.  Designing phase: Here, the participants will be taught the basics and how to make a schematic layout of a circuit.
2. Implementation phase: This is the final phase where the participants will make circuits on their own from fully printed circuit boards.
