The goal of this project is to make the application easier and simple for those who have basic knowledge of human body to detect complications from medical images. It saves not just time but also money since time is crucial for everyone. In Medical Image Processing, computer science and medical science work together and make medical complications detectable using computer vision and Image Processing techniques. The program developed in this research detects the complication and sends the output to the user. The output shows an image that contains the information and detection of the complication. There are two ways of taking an input which is by taking an image by webcam or by inserting an image file. It takes a real-life image from the user, detects the complication and sends the output to the user for their verification. Since OCR (optical character recognition) is not being used, it is a distinct process of detecting certain complications which makes it better than any other medical applications.
