Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), North South University (NSU) collaborating with IEEE Industry Application Society Student Branch Chapter  has arranged a reunion for the MS Alumni of this department on 28th September, 2018. The outcome of this certain event is to enrich and out rich both the Graduate and Undergraduate students so that they all can gather and discuss about the career opportunities on this current situation of the country which has made the event a successful one. The chief guest of the event was the honorable Vice Chancellor of North South University Dr. Atiqul Islam. His graceful appearance made the event more enthusiastic. The event started at 5.00pm on its
venue, the recreation hall of North South University. The event got going by the MS Alumni’s Coordinator Dr. Ahsanur Rahman’s welcome speech. He is also an assistant professor of ECE Dept. of North South University. After that, the Chairman and associate professor of ECE Dept. Dr. Shazzad Hosain had given a short speech to the audiences. He is also serving as the faculty advisor of IEEE IAS Student Branch Chapter, NSU. Then the Vice Chancellor of North South University had given his valuable speech which was so informative for the students present there.

The student representative of the Alumnus had delivered a speech. After that, a short break was taken for refreshments and prayer. After the short interval the event was continued by the interactive session of the Alumnus where they all interacted with each other by introducing themselves they also shared their experiences with NSU. They discussed about their career and the career scopes one can have after graduation. This session was the liveliest part of the event. The discussion was continued for more that 1.5 hours.

The event was pulled off by the grand dinner arrangements.
