Please join me in congratulating the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering on the occasion of their three programs receiving BAETE (Board of Accreditation for Engineering and Technical Education) accreditation.
The programs are:
- B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering
- B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- B.S. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
The accreditation will enhance the employability of NSU engineering graduates locally as well as internationally.
Congratulations to the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences (SEPS) and ECE department, and thanks to all the personnel involved in the process including specially Prof. Dr. Sirajul Islam, Dean, SEPS, Dr. Rezaul Bari, Chair, ECE, Dr. Arshad M. Chowdhury, immediate past chair, ECE, all faculty and staff of ECE. Also thanks to all other NSU personnel, faculty and staff, who were involved in the accreditation process.
We will celebrate the accreditation appropriately in the new future.
