SUST Inter University Programming Contest 2017 was held at Shahjalal University of  Science and Technology campus on August 5, 2017. A team from North South University, NSU Vendetta, secured the 1st runner up position out of 161 teams. The team consisted of three members: Tarango Khan, Labib Rashid and Hasib Al Muhaimin, who are students of ECE Department. They solved 8 out of 12 problems. After the contest the prizes were given by Zunaid Ahmed Palak, Honorable State Minister of Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology.
