Biography
Dr. Nabeel Mohammed is an Associate Professor at North South University with a PhD from Monash University, Australia. His expertise lies in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing, where he combines rigorous academic research with real-world application. With over a decade of experience, he has developed AI-driven solutions across domains including large language models, manufacturing automation, and biometric systems.
As a founding member of the Machine Intelligence Lab (MILab) and manager of the Apurba-NSU R&D Lab, Dr. Mohammed has led successful collaborations with industry partners such as Apurba Technologies, RobotBulls, HeadBlocks, Altersense, icddr,b, and Selise, advancing applied AI across diverse sectors.
His research has been published in top-tier venues including KDD, EMNLP, NAACL, BMVC, ICPR, IEEE BigData, and IEEE Transactions amongst others.
