  • Seminar on Internet security at North South University

    A Seminar on Internet security was organized by North South University ACM Student chapter on 14th December, 017. The chief guest of the seminar was Dr. Sadia Afroz, a research scientist of International Computer Science Institute (ICSI). Her work focuses on anti-censorship, anonymity and adversarial learning. Her work on adversarial authorship attribution received the 2013 Privacy Enhancing Technology (PET) award and the 2014 ACM SIGSAC dissertation award.Her research interests include security, privacy and machine learning.     To bring an insight to big data and tools to handle it, NSU arranged a seminar on Big Data from the ECE department, supported by NSU ACM Student Chapter.
